How to deal with rejection? Blog episode by: Brandee Marie Darden! Date of blog episode: Monday, September 19th, 2022!!

💜Intro to my blog!! 💙

Hello, my wonderful and amazing Blogger Dreamers! Welcome back to a all new blog episode! Happy Monday or in other countries, Happy Tuesday!! How is my wonderful Blogger Dreamers doing today? I hope everyone is doing well and amazing! If not, that's okay! Everything will be okay! Just take it a day at a time!! I hope everyone had a good weekend and if you didn't, that's okay because it is a brand new week and since it is a brand new week, that means new blogs! Yay!! I am so excited for new blogs but before we talk about this week's blogs, let's talk about last week's blogs! On my first blog page, I talked about my poem 9/11, analyzing the song, "Equal Sign" by J-Hope, and another one of my poems, "Dear people who hurt me". On Monday, I talked about my poem "9/11". On September 11th, it changed history forever! It was so sad what happened on that day! It was a terrorist attack that I wished it didn't happened! A lot of people lost their lives that day and people lost their sons, daughters, moms, dads, and so much more! Never take life for granted because you don't know what will happen until it actually happens! On Wednesday, I talked about the song "Equal Sign" by J-Hope, a band member and the sunshine of the group of BTS! I enjoy this song so much! When I listen to this song, it reminds me that it doesn't cost nothing to be nice! Always be kind to someone even if they are having a bad day! Be kind to one another and treat people how you want to be treated! Last but not least, I talked about my poem "Dear people who hurt me". That poem was dedicated to those people who hurt me! The people who weren't there for me through my hardest times or who said mean and awful things, this poem was for them and I hope and pray that the people who hurt me, I hope they understand hurting people is wrong! For this week's blogs, I will be talking about How to deal with rejection, the fear of abandonment, and last but not least, the fear of rejection!! Now without further ado, let's get started! Shall we? We shall!

Talking about today's blog episode! What is this blog going to be about? Why did I choose to talk about this type of a subject?? What is this week's song of the week? Why did I choose this song for the week?

What is this blog episode going to be about? This blog is going to be about how to deal with rejection? I am going to talk about when a person or a job rejects you and you feel sad about it, what are things that might cheer you up or in my case, might cheer me up? Why would those things cheer me up? If you asked some to go on a date and they say "no", how would you about that or how I would feel about it? Why would I react to how I feel about that rejection? If I have any advice about rejection or being rejected, what is my advice? Why would I give that advice to my Blogger Dreamers? Why did I choose to talk about this type of a subject? The reason why I choose to talk about this type of a subject is because I know the feeling of being rejected! Being rejected doesn't feel good at all! Not a good feeling! What is this week's song of the week? For this week's song of the week, I choose "Left and Right" by Charlie Puth featuring Jeon Jungkook aka JK from BTS! I love this song so much! It is such an amazing song and it has a good beat to it! Why did I choose this song for the week? I choose this song because when I first heard it for the first time, I thought it was amazing and it had a good beat to it! I love the music video to it so much! I think Charlie Puth is an amazing music artist and I love a song that he did with Wiz Khalifa which is called "See You Again" which is such a beautiful song! When I listen to that song, I cry because it makes me think about my grandpa, Flex because I miss him so much! I think Charlie Puth is a great singer and with him and JK's vocals, it was a great pairing!!

The word "Rejection". When I think about the word "Rejection", comes to mind? Why does it come to mind?

When I think about the word "rejection", comes to mind? When I think about the word "rejection", I think of being rejected by your dream job that you have always wanted or your dream college! Being rejected is so hard! It's like you asking out your crush out and they said "sorry but no". Like, that is so hard to handle! Being rejected is so hard and sometimes, it hurts to the core! Why does it come to mind? The reason why I think about "rejection" like that is because when you had this dream about going to your dream college but they rejected you, it hurts you so much that you felt defeated and you don't know what to do or you have dreamed about your future job as a nurse or even a news caster and you go applied for it and you had an interview for that job and they say "I'm sorry but you didn't get the job", to think about that you didn't get the job that you wanted, it hurts you to the core! You dreamed about this job since you were a little girl or little boy and it slipped through your fingers, but that's okay because you keep trying and you don't quit!!

Cheer me up!! Why would those things cheer me up??

When a person or a job rejects you and you feel sad about it, what are things that might cheer you up or in my case, might cheer me up? If I ever get rejected which I have, the things that cheer me up is listening to music, talking to my friends, and listen to more music!! I actually have been rejected before and it hurt so much! I remember asking this guy to prom and he said no and that he had a date! I was bummed and so, I just listened to music, talked to my friends, and listen to more music! Being rejected is so hard and it stinks being rejected but you just have to go on with your life and don't need to give up! Why would those things cheer me up? The reason why listen to music, talking to my friends, and listen to more music would cheer me up is because I love listening to music and I love talking to my friends or family, whichever I am in the mood to talk to the most!! For me, music is the most calming thing ever and I think music is my best friend because when I listen to music, I feel calm but when I talk to some of my friends, I feel calm as well! I pray that I never get rejected from a job because if I do, then I will be listening to music!!

My reaction to someone saying "no" to my date proposal. Why would I react to how I feel about that rejection?

If you asked someone to go on a date and they say "no", how would you feel about that or how I would feel about it? For the guys, if you asked a girl or a guy for a movie date or a picnic and the girl said, "sorry, but no", you would feel pretty bummed! Would you? Probably so! For the ladies, you ask a guy or a girl who might be your crush to either a dance at your school or even to go to the mall, but they turned down your date proposal, y'all would feel pretty bummed! Wouldn't y'all? If a guy turned down a date proposal from me, honestly, I would feel sad but at the end of the day, I would moved on from it and stick to myself! Why would I react to how I feel about that rejection? The reason why I would feel pretty bummed about it but move on from it because there is nothing to be sad over a date proposal and besides for me, there is plenty of guys in the sea and I will be okay because I'm a strong and independent woman who doesn't need a man to make her happy because I have 7 guys who make me happy and they are BTS, just in case anyone forgot!!

My advice about rejection or being rejected, what is my advice? Why would I give that advice to my Blogger Dreamers?

If I have any advice about rejection or being rejected, what is my advice? If I have any advice about rejection or being rejected, my only advice is it is okay to cry over someone who rejected you or a job rejected you, but you are much better than that! God might have someone better for you or even a better job for you in line! Never be sad because you didn't get the girl or guy of you dreams or even the job of your dreams! There is plenty of guys and girls in the sea and there is new opportunities out there in this world! Never give up! Love yourself for who you are and be there for yourself! Why would I give that advice to my Blogger Dreamers? The reason why I would give that advice to my Blogger Dreamers is because when you see a guy or even the girl that you want to be with for the rest of your life but they turned you down because they are simply not interested you or they have an eye for someone else, you get bummed out and it makes you sad that you can't have that girl or guy but there is plenty of guys and girls in the sea and everything will be okay! With the job rejecting you, there is plenty of job opportunities for you! There might be one or more of your dream job that you always wanted! Don't give up on your dream job just because you didn't get the first time! Always keep trying, no matter what!!

In conclusion/ Tip of the day/ Question of the day?

In conclusion, being rejected can be a hard thing to handle especially when go to a job interview with a positive mindset and then, they either tell you that you got it or that you didn't get it, it is so hard because that is the job that you wanted so bad but you didn't it! You applied for a certain college but you didn't get in! That can be hard at times but that's okay because there is countless of opportunities all over and if you believe in God that he would give you the right job or get you in the right college, then don't give up! You are going to have countless of rejections in life but that doesn't mean you have to give up! Never give up! Here is my tip of the day and question of the day?! My tip of the day is never give up! Always keep trying no matter what! Never give up on a opportunity that God will give you! The sky is the limit! Y'all got this! I believe in my Blogger Dreamers! My question of the day is have y'all been rejected before? If so, how hard was that for you? Why was that hard for you? Sound off in the comments down below and let me know! I would love to read y'all's comments! Please! Thank y'all so much! I love y'all from the bottom of my heart!!

Hello, my Blogger Dreamers! It's your girl, Brandee here and y'all have reached the end of today's blog episode! I hope y'all enjoyed today's blog episode! It's okay to be rejected! I know it hurts but y'all will get through it! I believe in my Blogger Dreamers! Never give up because the sky is the limit!! For today's bible verse of the day, it goes like this: "Keep on waiting. It will happen". -Habakkuk 2:3. I love this bible verse because if you believe that opportunity is meant for you, take it! You kept waiting for it and it happened for you! If you believe in miracles, then that was a miracle for you! If you want that dream job or get into that college that you have always dreamed about, keep on waiting because it will happen! All you have to do is believe! I hope everyone will have a great day or great evening, wherever y'all might be in this world! I love y'all and stay hydrated! Never forget our slogan: "Dream big! Don't give up on your dreams"!! I love y'all and I will see y'all on Wednesday where I will talk about "The fear of abandonment". See y'all on Wednesday! This Blogger Queen is out! Peace!! 💜✌

Bible verse of the day! I love this bible verse so much!! Such a good bible verse!!!

"Rejection is the
reason why people
deny their true
feelings".
-Unknown. I love this quote because when someone asks you on the date but you reject them because you don't want to admit to yourself that you like them! So, you deny it and deny it!

"Human
rejection
can be
God's
divine
protection".
-Unknown. I love this quote a lot because God will protect us at all times and even when we get rejected, he is always there for us no matter what!

"Rejection is the universe's
way of letting you know that
you're better that what you
just tried to settle for".
-Kylie Francis. I love this quote so much because if you settled for less, you are not going to be happy! Even though rejection is hard, you can handle it! I believe in my Blogger Dreamers!!

To end today's blog episode, I will be ending my blog episode with the song of the week which would be "Left and Right" by Charlie Puth featuring Jungkook of BTS! I love this song so much! It is very upbeat and I love it so much!!
