Intro to my blog!! 

Well, hello my Blogger Dreamers! It's your girl aka the Blogger Queen herself, Brandee here and welcome back to an all new weekly blog episode for the day! Happy Monday or in other countries, Happy Tuesday! OMG! Is it already a new month already and a new blog episode? No way! Happy October! It is finally October and I can't believe that!! How are y'all doing today? I hope and pray that everyone is doing and okay and well! Whatever the circumstances might be, just know that I am always here for my Blogger Dreamers, no matter what!! Before I get into this week's blog episodes, here is a recap of last week's blog episodes!! On Monday, I talked about the song "Love Die Young" by Eric Nam, blog by Brandee Marie Darden! When I think about that song and name of the title, I think about a couple that is trying to do everything in their power to save their relationship but unfortunately, it can't be saved and it is dying! A lot of relationships can't be saved because there might be  communication issues! If you and your significant other is having communication issues, fix it before it is too late!! On Wednesday, I talked about my poem "Giving others kindness". If you see someone having a bad day, please give them kindness because I think it is important to give others kindness and love! Always be there for someone! On Friday, I talked about the word "hateful". We live in a world where everyone is going to be hateful and that is not right at all! We live in a world where everyone is hating on everyone and that's just hurtful! Now, for this week's blog episodes, I will be talking about dealing with someone who has mental health issues, my favorite things about fall, and analyzing my poem "Don't let the voices knock you down". Stay tuned for those blogs and without any further ado, let's get into our blogging imagination and get this blog episode started! Shall we? We shall!! 

Today's blog episode! Why did I choose to talk about this blog episode? What is this week's song of the week? Why did I choose this song for the week? 

For today's blog episode, I will be talking about dealing with someone who has mental health issues, by Brandee Marie Darden! In this blog episode, I will be talking about what is the best way with dealing with someone who has mental health issues? Why would that be the best way to deal with someone with mental health issues? What are ways I deal with mental health issues? Why are those ways that I deal with mental health issues? How does my boyfriend deal with my mental health issues? Why does my boyfriend deal with my mental health issues like that? What is my advices to my Blogger Dreamers who has people in their life who has mental issues and how to deal with people who have mental health issues? Why would I give those advices? Why did I choose to talk about this blog episode? The reason why I chose to talk about this blog episode is because you don't know what kind of person you might be dealing with on a daily basis! With people who have depression, you don't know if you are going to get someone who is happy or someone who is sad or with people who have bipolar, you don't know if someone is going to set them off or not! You just don't know what kind of person you are going to get! What is this week's song of the week? For this week's song of the week, I chose "you win my love" by Shania Twain! When I listen to this song, I think about my boyfriend because all these years, he finally win my love and I'm glad that he did! Why did I choose this song for the week? The reason why I chose this song because it is fun upbeat song and it is a good song to listen to and I love it!! 


Talking about mental health and what it can do to people? Why can mental health do that to people? 

What can mental health do to people? Mental health can do a lot of things to people! People who have depression, they can be sad or happy, depending on the day! With people who have anxiety, they can be calm or they can be anxious!! With people who have bipolar, they can be happy or something can trigger them which is not good at all! Not only people who have mental health issues deal with problems, but also the people who are them deal with the issues are dealing with it as well and seeing your love one who has any type of mental health issue, it can be hard at times and sometimes, I feel bad for my boyfriend because he doesn't know if he is going to get the happy me or the sad me and I feel bad!!! Why can mental health do that to people? I think the reason why mental health do that to people is because you don't know what kind of day that person is going to have and you don't know you will be able to handle them if something goes wrong!! 


Best way with dealing with someone who has mental health issues!! 

What is the best way with dealing with someone who has mental health issues? When someone is having a mental breakdown, just be there for them! If someone has bipolar, don't do something that will trigger them getting mad or don't do something that might trigger a bad memory with people who have PTSD!  Everyone is different when it comes to mental health issues but I know that if you make someone mad, they would go crazy and you don't want to make that person mad!! Don't trigger someone who has anger issues or who might have a bad memory from what they have been through!!! It wouldn't be good at all!! 


Why?

Why would that be the best way to deal with someone with mental health issues? I think the reason why that is the reason why you deal with people with different mental health issues is because when someone has bipolar, their mood can change and that wouldn't be good at all! When someone who has PTSD, something that reminded them of that thing and if you do something that reminded them of that thing, you will need to calm them down and be there for them! If see someone having a mental breakdown, give them a hug and just remind them that you are not alone and you are always there for them, no matter what!! When you see someone dealing with mental health issues or problems, just be there for them! Don't trigger something in them that would bring them down or make them mad!! Then, when someone is mad, you are going to have to calm down and that would not be good at all!!

Ways that I deal with mental health issues!!

What are ways I deal with mental health issues? The 1st way that I deal with my mental health issues is I try to calm myself down the best way that I can! I try to fight through it and breath!! The 2nd way that I deal with my mental health issues is I listen to Christian music or Kpop music! When I listen to Christian music or Kpop music, it helps me and soft music helps me a lot! The 3rd and final thing that helps me with my mental health issues is reading my bible! When I read my bible, I feel at ease and I feel much better! I know that God is going to help me and I know that he is going to be there for me, no matter what! I know that God is always on my side and he is not going to give up on me, no matter what!!! 

Why? 

Why are those ways that I deal with mental health issues? The 1st way that I deal with my mental health issues is I try to calm down the best way that I can is because I don't want the people who I love see me anxious or having a mental breakdown and it hard for me for anyone that I love seeing me breaking down and wanting to give up because I don't want no one to see me like that especially my boyfriend! The 2nd way that I deal with my mental health issues is I listen to Christian or Kpop music is because I know that if I listen to Christian music, God is with me and if I listen to soft Kpop music, I will feel better which is a good thing!! The 3rd and final thing that helps me with my mental health issues is reading my bible and the reason why it helps me is because when I read my bible, I know that God is near me and I know that God is not leaving me through my mental health issues! God knows that the devil is getting the best of me and I know that I can't let my mental health issues win! I just can't!! 

My boyfriend deals with my mental health issues?? 

How does my boyfriend deal with my mental health issues? My boyfriend deals with my mental health issues pretty okay! When I am dealing with the voices in my head telling me that I'm not "good enough", he reminds me that I am a good girlfriend and that I'm good enough in his eyes! He calms me down when I am feeling overwhelmed with life and stuff like that! He would ask me if I am doing okay and he will just deal with it! In my head, I thought he would leave me and stuff like that but nope! He is such a supportive and I love that about him! He tries to deal with my mental health issues the best way that he can and I'm glad that he can help me the best way that he can and he always patient with me which I love about him as well!! 


Why?

Why does my boyfriend deal with my mental health issues like that? I think the reason why he deals with my mental health issues like that is because he tries to help me the best way that he can which I love and he always make sure that I'm okay! He tries to make me happy the best way he can which I love that about him! I love how he is caring towards me and I love how he worries about me! When we first got together, in the back of my mind, I didn't know how he was going to handle me with having some mental health issues, but he is dealing with me pretty well! I'm not easy to deal with on a day to day basis but I will give my boyfriend props for dealing with me even on my days where I just feel like my days are falling apart and I appreciate him being there for me when I am at my lowest!! 

My advices! 

What is my advice to my Blogger Dreamers who has people in their life who has mental health issues and how to deal with the people who have mental health issues? If you have mental health issues or you know someone that have mental health issues, just know that you are not alone and I'm here for y'all if y'all need anything! You are loved and you are doing amazing! It might not seem that you are not doing amazing, but you are and I'm so proud of you! To my Blogger Dreamers who knows people who have mental health issues, just be patient with those people! Just be there for them! You don't know what they are dealing on a day to day basis and they need support! Just be a good friend or even a significant other and be there for that person! Help them the best way that you know how to and don't judge them off the bat!! Be a good support system that they need! Don't drag them down!!! 

Why?

Why would I give those advices? The reason why I would give that first advice is because sometimes when people are going through their mental health issues, they are feeling like they are alone in this world and it is hard on that person but if you remind them that you are always going to be there for them and tell them that you will help them along the way, it will help that person so much! Watching someone who you love going through any mental health can hurt a person and when I have my mental breakdown and I talk bad about myself, it hurts my boyfriend a lot and I don't want to talk crap and hurt my boyfriend! Be there for someone who is going through any type of mental health issues and help them the best way you can! The second and final reason I would give that second advice is because you have to be patient with that person because you don't know if that person is going to have a good day or an ugly day and try to help them best way you know how to!! People think mental health is a joke which is not! I might not have been diagnosed with any type of mental health, but at times, I would have a mental breakdown and there are times where I don't want to get out of bed and don't do anything because I feel like I am not good enough but I try to get out of the bed and it is hard!! Mental health is not a joke! Don't make fun of it!! 

In closing/ Tip of the day!! 

In closing, watching someone who you love going through any type of mental health can be a difficult thing! You don't know what day they will have and you just pray they can have a good day! You just pray that you won't do anything stupid to set them off and you just pray that something bad won't happen! When you care about someone who has mental health issues, you want to help them the best way you can! You just want to take their pain way and not watch them go through a mental breakdown!! I will never forget when I was going through my mental breakdown, one of my parents laughed at me and it broke my heart so much and then, I had one parent told me to "get over it". That was hard!! Dealing with mental health on a day to day basis can be a difficult challenge and here is my tip of the day: If you know someone who is dealing with mental health issues, help them the best way that you can! Don't let anyone judge them or drag them through the mud because when you see someone struggling, help them the way you know to help them! Be a good support system, not someone who drags them through the mud!! I love y'all!!

It is something that we should take serious! Help someone who is going through any type of mental health! Don't let them go through it alone!
