Hello, my Shinning Star Butterflies! It’s your girl, Brandee back with another blog post! Happy Friday or in other countries, Happy Saturday! I hope everyone is doing well and staying warm during the winter days!! If you are not doing well, that’s okay! Everything will be okay! On Wednesday’s blog post, I talked about how I got into BTS? When I was talking about how I got into BTS, it brought back so many memories! I will never forget when I watched them on TV and instantly fallen in love with them!! They changed my world forever and they are continuing to change my world forever!!! I love BTS so much and I will always love BTS! I don’t care about what other people say! As long as I am happy loving BTS, then I am happy!!! On today’s blog post, I will be talking about the Korean dramas that I am into!! I am going to talk about what Korean dramas that I am into or which ones have I watched? Why am I into Korean dramas than English shows? If I had to pick a favorite Korean drama that I have watched so far, which one would I pick? Why did I pick that Korean drama as my favorite than the other ones that I have watched? What is it about that Korean drama that I can relate to in my life?? Y’all ready for a new blog post? I know I am! Shall I get started with this blog post? I think I shall get started!! Let’s get started!! 

When did I get started watching Korean Dramas? Why did I started watching Korean Dramas??

Y’all maybe wondering, “Brandee, when did you get started watching Korean Dramas”? Well, I started watching Korean dramas in 2019, the same year that I got into BTS more and became an BTS ARMY the same time!! I think the first Korean drama that I got into was about a vampire and there was another Korean drama that I started watching with my bias V which is called “Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth.” I have a watched some episodes of it but I didn’t finished it. I don’t know what the Korean show about the vampire one is called. I actually finished some Korean dramas and the Korean dramas that I finished are actually really good! I loved them a lot!!! Why did started watching Korean dramas? The reason why I started watching Korean dramas is because they looked really good shows and interesting to watch! Ever since I got into BTS and the Korean culture, I have always wanted to know what was Korean like and watching the Korean dramas is very interesting but I love it a lot!! I want to learn about the language and there is some words that is so hard to say and pronounce as well!! I love the Korean dramas and I can’t wait to watch more in the future!! 

What Korean dramas that I am into or which ones have I watched? Why am I into Korean dramas than English shows??

The Korean drama that I am into and that I am currently watching is called My Shy Boss. I am starting to love that show a lot! This Korean drama is about a boss is very introverted and he is shy when he talks to people! He can’t be in front of people because he gets shy! It is a very good show and I am loving it so far. I hope I can watch it soon when I get internet back!! The Korean dramas that I have watched are called Itaewon Class and It’s Okay Not To Be Okay. Those two shows are absolutely amazing!! The first Korean Drama that I watched is called Itaewon Class. This drama is about a guy who was opening up a business and his dad passed away because someone hit him with their car! It is so sad but it is so good! I like it a lot! The second and final Korean drama that I watched is called It’s Okay Not To Be Okay. This drama is about three people who are totally different! One is an author! The second guy is the nurse and the third guy who is autistic and who is the older brother but his younger brother acts like the older brother. It is so good and I highly recommend watching it! It is so good!! I love the both of them!!! Why am I into Korean dramas than English shows? The reason why I am into Korean dramas than English shows is because to me in my own opinion, Korean dramas are better than English shows! To me, English shows are a little boring! Not all English shows are boring, but I just prefer Korean dramas than English shows! I am a Korean drama kind of girl and I am proud to be that person!!! 

If I had to pick a favorite Korean drama that I have watched so far, which one would I pick? Why did I pick that Korean drama as my favorite than the other ones that I have watched? 

If I had to pick a favorite Korean drama that I have watched so far, which one would I pick? If I had to pick a favorite Korean drama that I have watched so far or what I am currently watching right now, it would be “My Shy Boss”. I love that drama so much already and it has some good characters in it. The reason why I picked that Korean drama as my favorite than the other ones that I have watched is because I can relate to the boss a little bit! When you get to know me, I am a little shy but for me, it takes time to open up to new people and sometimes, I don’t look people in the eye just because I get a little shy but once you get to know me a lot better, I am like a open book! I can tell you things about myself that you didn’t know that it existed which is crazy! I can be shy at times but it takes time for me to open up a little bit because I am afraid of people judging about my past!! 

What is it about that Korean drama that I can relate to my life?

The Korean drama that I can relate to my life is “My Shy Boss”. When I try to talk to people face to face, sometimes I don’t look at them in the eyes and that’s hard for me because I can be a little shy at times! When I try to look at them in the eyes, I tend to look away and that isn’t my intention at all! I want to have eye to eye contact but it is hard for me because I can be a shy person at times and I like to tend to myself a lot because I am used to being that girl who was always being alone and being a loner. I mean it hurts being a loner because you feel like you don’t fit in anywhere and it is hard to open up to people who you just met and you have a hard time looking at them in the eyes when you are trying to have a conversation with them!! It is hard! That’s why I can relate to the My Shy Boss because the boss is shy and I can be shy at times!!! It is hard to open up to people and you are afraid of getting judged a lot and that’s okay! It’s okay to be judged but you just have to ignore it! That’s all!!! 

In conclusion/ Tip of the day/ Question of the day??

In conclusion, I love Korean dramas!! I am a Korean drama kind of girl and I love that about me! Yes, I am different from my family and that’s fine! I am proud to be who I am! Yes, I have to watch the Korean dramas with subtitles, but that’s okay because as long as I love the show, that’s all that matters to me! I am loving My Shy Boss already and I loved Itaewon Class and It’s Okay Not To Be Okay. All three of them are so good and I highly recommend them! They are so good and you won’t regret watching them!!! Sometimes, finding a good Korean show is so hard to watch at times or even a good English show is hard as well, but the Korean shows that I have watched or I have seen previews for are so good! I loved Itaewon Class and It’s Okay Not To Be Okay a lot as well! I am so excited to finish watching My Shy Boss hopefully soon!!! Here is my tip and question of the day! My tip of the day is it’s okay to be shy! It’s okay to be different from your family! If you don’t like the things that they don’t like, then that’s okay! You be you! Be proud of who you are!! Don’t be afraid of who you are! Watch whatever you want to watch! It’s completely up to you! You be you and be happy to be who you are!!! This show is called My Shy Boss! I love this show a lot so far! In the beginning, it is so sad but it gets better. My shy boss is about an introverted guy who wants to get along with his colleagues but he is too shy and he is too shy to do a presentation but the girl in the picture tries to help him overcome his shyness! I can’t wait to finish this show hopefully soon!

This Korean drama is called It’s Okay Not To Be Okay! I love this show a lot! There is some moments where in the show you have some life moments or sometimes, you feel like you don’t know what is going to happen next! You don’t know what to expect and I love it!! Such an amazing show!!

This Korean drama is called Itaewon Class! It is a good show!! This show would make you so mad that you would want to punch the tv! Literally! I almost did it because this show got my heart pumping and I was literally getting mad at certain parts of the show!

This song is called “Memory” by Ben. This song is such a beautiful song and it is in the Korean drama My Shy Boss! I love this song so much!

This song is called “Sweet Night” and it is in the drama Itaewon Class! It is by my bias and a BTS member Kim Taehyung aka V!! I love this song so much and it is such a beautiful song!!! His vocals are everything! Ugh! I love his vocals!!

This song is called “Breath” by Sam Kim! He sings this song in the Korean drama It’s Okay Not To Be Okay. I love this song so much! Such a beautiful song and good vocals as well! Very well written song!

Everything will be okay! Happy Wednesday or in other countries, Happy Thursday!! On Monday’s blog post, I talked about BTS song “Your Eyes Tell” and how much that song meant to me!! That song means everything to me and it holds a special meaning and a special place in my heart!! I love that song so much and when I get lost into that song, I feel like I am in a different place! I love that song so much!!! For today’s blog, I will be talking about how I got into BTS? Yes! I am finally talking about how I got into BTS!! I am so happy and excited! I will be talking about how did I get into BTS? Why did I get into BTS? What drawn me to BTS? What were the first 3 songs that I listened to by BTS? What did BTS taught me? Why did they taught me those things? Shall we get started with this blog? I think we should! Let’s get started!!! I’m so excited!! 

Talk about my life before BTS and how BTS changed my life??

My life before BTS was an okay life!! I had some good moments but I also had some bad moments as well! I remember being suicidal and I felt like I didn’t belong in the world! I felt different but BTS changed my life forever and put some light into my world!! BTS changed my life by teaching me how to love myself and trust myself when I didn’t know how to! I had trouble loving myself for who I am and for who I was! Everyone in my family and friends thought I was happy all the time but turns out, it wasn’t true! I wasn’t happy all the time and I felt so low and down. I felt out of place because I wasn’t happy! BTS changed my life for the better and they make me happy! I love them so much! I love their music videos and their songs! Their songs are absolutely amazing and the way they dance together and they are always in sync within one and another is absolutely amazing! I love their dances so much! Their dances are so hard but at the same time, I love to try and do it!! I love them so much!!! 

How did I get into BTS? Why did I get into BTS??

How did I get into BTS? It was May of 2018 and I was watching the 2018 Billboard Music Awards show! When I was watching the show, these 7 amazing guys came to the stage. They were known as BTS! They were performing their song “Fake Love”. When I saw them dancing, I was memorized by the way they danced!! They danced so beautifully and so good that I had to know more about them! So, after I was done watching the award show, I went to my room and started watching music videos by BTS!!! I started watching their music videos and the music videos were Fake Love, DNA, and Idol! They are absolutely amazing!! The one who caught my attention or my eye was Kim Taehyung or V!! Why did I get into BTS? The reason why I got into BTS is because I can see that they are very talented and very passionate about what they like to do and it is music! Another reason why I got into them is because I didn’t know how much they would mean a lot to me down the road! The third and final reason why I got into BTS is because of their music! Their music tells stories and if you listen to how they are feeling, you would know exactly how they are feeling and that’s why I call BTS my light to my dark world! They mean everything to me and I love each and one of them so much!! 

What drawn me to BTS?

What drawn me to BTS? Well, y’all are probably wondering, “Brandee, what drawn you to BTS”? Well, my answer is this; what drawn me to BTS was how talented they were and how they told a story behind their music! It’s not about the language, it’s about how they are feeling! Yes, language might be a barrier for them because they don’t know how to speak English very good but what matters to me is how they are feeling through the music and why they are feeling some type of way!! Their music is so good that you don’t know that you are enjoying it until you feel lost into the music and that is what happened to me when I got into them almost 4 years ago in May!! I can’t believe it!! They have changed my life for the better and I am so glad that I love myself because of BTS!!! I love and trust myself because of BTS!! I love BTS and their music so much!!! 

What were the first 3 songs that I listened to by BTS??

The first song that I got into by BTS is Fake Love. Fake love is about not loving yourself! You should always love yourself no matter what but for me, I struggled with loving myself and I hid behind a mask because I didn’t love myself for who I was and for who I am! Now, I love myself a lot and I trust myself because of BTS! The second song that I got into is DNA! The way that I can describe DNA is very upbeat and very colorful! The video is very colorful and very good! I love the music video a lot and I love their outfits in it as well! The third and final song that I got into by BTS is Idol! I love that song so much! The way I can describe Idol is very upbeat as well! It is very colorful and the song describes as it doesn’t matter who you are as a person as long as you know who you are as a person and you know what you want in live, then that’s all that matters!! These songs hold a special place in my heart and they will always hold a special place in my heart! Those three songs where the first songs that I listened to by BTS and I will continue to listen to those three songs until I can’t anymore!! I will never get tired of listening to those songs and I will always love listening to those songs forever and always!! 

What did BTS taught me? Why did they taught me those things??

Each BTS member taught me different things about myself that I didn’t know about myself!! Kim Namjoon aka RM taught me how to be mature. Before I got into BTS, I wasn’t really mature! I always threw fits but now, I matured enough and I am growing up! Kim Seokjin aka Jin taught me confidence! Before, I had a little confidence in me but now, I am a lot more confident then I was before because of Jin!! Because of Jin, I am confident then I will ever be! Min Yoongi aka Suga made me brave and loud. Before, I was shy girl who was afraid to open up about anything and now, I am not afraid to express my feelings and how I am feeling! I am not afraid to be loud and express who I am as a person!! Jung Hoseok aka J-Hope showed me how to look at the bright side. Before, I would always think negative or I feel like things weren’t going to get better but now, I look at the bright side of things and I tell myself that everything will get better! Park Jimin aka Jimin made me a love bot! Before, I always love other people but I will never love myself. Now, I give everyone else love and I give myself love as well!! Kim Taehyung aka V taught me to be myself! Before, I didn’t know how to be myself and now, I know how to be myself and I am so happy that I can be myself without being ashamed of being myself! Jeon Jungkook aka JK taught me to always do my best! Before, I would try but I would give up easily. Now, I would keep trying and trying and keep doing my best! And through BTS, I learned how to never give up! Before, I would give up so easily and I would tell myself, “I can’t do it! It is so hard”. Now I tell myself “that I can do it and I will never give up until I keep trying.” I always keep trying no matter how hard things were! Why did they taught me those things? The reason why they taught me those things is because I was lacking in some of those things! I was afraid to speak my mind! I was scared about being confident! I was immature! I didn’t try hard! I couldn’t love myself! I didn’t know how to be myself! I wanted to give up easily and I didn’t know how to look on the bright side of things, but now, I am a different person and I am proud of myself! I am proud to be who I am because of BTS! Because of BTS, I can be who I am and I am proud of it!! I am proud of who I am and I am not ashamed of who I am!!!

In conclusion, I am a proud BTS fan. Scratch that! I am a proud BTS ARMY! I am proud of BTS for how far they have come and I am so proud of BTS!!! They have changed my life forever! They taught me how to love and trust myself again when I didn’t know how to! I love BTS and I will always love BTS no matter what! They make me truly happy! Even though I don’t understand what they are saying half the time, that doesn’t matter! What matters to me is how they are feeling at that very moment! I love BTS and I will always love BTS no matter what! Thanks to BTS for teaching me how to love and trust myself!! I am a proud ARMY and I will always be a proud BTS ARMY! I will love BTS for life!!! Here is my tip and question of the day! My tip of the day is love and trust yourself for who you are as a person! The person who you are today, the person who you are tomorrow, and the person who you are in the future will always be there for you no matter what! Kim Seokjin aka Jin, the oldest of the group! He taught me how to be confident! Before, I had a little bit of confidence in myself but not a whole lot! Now, I am confident in myself more than ever and I am proud to be confident!! 

Min Yoongi aka Suga, the second oldest of the group! He taught me how to be loud and brave! I didn’t know how to be brave or loud. I was afraid to speak my truth but now, I am not afraid to do that anymore! 

Jung Hoseok aka J-Hope, the third oldest and the ARMY’s ray of sunshine! This man taught me how to look on the bright side of things! I was always negative about certain things and I felt like I couldn’t be happy and always looked at stuff as always being negative. Now, I look at stuff with the bright side of things and tell myself “everything will be okay.”

Park Jimin aka Jimin! He is apart of the Maknae line with V and JK!! Maknae means youngest! Jimin taught me how to be a love bot! Before, I couldn’t love myself! I loved everyone around me but I couldn’t love myself for who I am but now, I give myself love because I deserve it! 

Kim Taehyung aka V! The second maknae in the group! He taught me how to be myself! Before, I was always afraid to be myself because I felt like someone was going to judge me for what I love or what I enjoy! Now, I am not afraid to be who I am! Because of V, I am who I am! 

Jeon Jungkook aka JK! The Maknae of the group and close in age as me! He taught me how to always do my best! At times, I would get into my head that no matter how hard I tried or whatever I do, I feel like I wasn’t trying my best! Now, I always try my best and I don’t quit!! 

And through BTS, I never give up! I would always wanted to give up on things because it was so hard! Now, I don’t give up because of BTS! Because of BTS, I keep trying!! 

Kim Namjoon aka RM, the leader of BTS and the fourth oldest!!! Rm taught me how to be mature! I would throw fits when I didn’t get what I wanted but now, I don’t do that anymore and I feel like I have grown up a lot!!!

Last week, I talked about my Christmas presents, my goals for 2022, and my poem, “Dear Present Me”. Talking about my goals makes me realize that I can do it and that I can achieve them. It just takes time to achieve them and I know that I can do it! I just have to believe in myself and that if I can do it, then I can do it!! For this week’s blog posts, I will be talking about BTS song “Your Eyes Tell”, how I got into BTS, and what Korean shows that I like!!! I am so excited! For today’s blog post, I will be talking about analyzing the song “Your Eyes Tell” by BTS! I will be talking about when I listen to that song, what does it make me think of? Talking about the song and how does it make me feel? Why does it make me feel this way?

The song, “Your Eyes Tell” was written by BTS maknae or aka the youngest, Jeon Jungkook! The song came out on July 15th, 2020!! The song is so beautiful and so angelic. The way the vocal line sing it is so beautiful and so gorgeous!! The song is in Japanese and I think the way the vocal line sing it and the way the rap line rap it was absolutely amazing and beautiful! They all did a wonderful job on it and they did amazing! Jungkook did amazing writing it!! I am so proud of him!! The way the song makes me feel is it makes me feel like I am in heaven! That song is so beautiful and so angelic that it makes me want to cry in tears because it is so beautiful!!! The lyrics are so beautiful and so amazing! The reason why it makes me feel this way is because when I hear the vocal line and the rap line do their thing, I just melt into it and feel like I am in another planet! I feel like when I listen to that song, I get sent off to another planet!! It is so beautiful and so angelic!!! Such an amazing song!!

It feels like they are singing to me and it makes feel safe when I listen to it! When I am listening to the song, I feel so lost in the song that I didn’t realize what’s going on around me! It is so beautiful and the vocal line which consists of Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook all sing so beautifully and I love it so much! The rap line which consists of J-Hope, RM, and Suga all rap their verses beautifully as well! They all did so good!! Why does it make me think of that thing? The reason why it makes me think of that thing is because when I hear BTS doing a slow song and when I listen to it, I get so lost into it that I don’t realize what’s going on around me! The song is so nice and calm that it feels good to hear their voices singing and rapping!! I love it so much!!! It is so beautiful and so angelic! It makes me feel so safe!!!

BTS, my family, my Shinning Star Butterflies, and my friends are my world! If I didn’t have them, I will be seeing my life in black and white!! Why can I relate to this song in my life? The reason why I can relate to this song in my life is because this song has a special meaning in my life! This song holds a special place in my heart! My friends, my Shinning Star Butterflies, and my family are special to me! BTS is special to me! Their songs special meaning to me and each song holds a special meaning especially with this song! Without BTS, I wouldn’t be able to see how much I love myself for who I am and for who I was! I love myself because of them! BTS is special and this song is special! I love this song so much!! I want to see my world in color not in monochrome!!!

My world without my family, my friends, my Shinning Star Butterflies, and BTS, I would be seeing my world in black and white!! My life would stink if I didn’t have my family, my friends, and my Shinning Star Butterflies by my side! Shoot! Some of my family and friends are apart of my fandom, Shinning Star Butterflies which is awesome!!! This song is so nice and without my family, my friends, and my Shinning Star Butterflies, I would be seeing my world in black and white. I would be seeing my world in monochrome and I wouldn’t be laughing or smiling!! My family, my friends, and my Shinning Star Butterflies are my everything and my world! I wouldn’t feel so much love if I was alone!! I would feel not a whole lot of love by my family, my friends, and my Shinning Star Butterflies!!

If I was living my life in black and white, that would stink! My family, my friends, and my Shinning Star Butterflies are my world! They mean everything to me!
